Your daily routine would include:

• Provide technical support to clients using OpenScape Business systems remotely;
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to installations, configurations, and functionality. If it cannot be solved remotely, the ticket is handed over to 2nd level on-site support;
• Provide customers with a high-quality experience;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest voice networking technologies, trends, and best practices.

• Proven experience in providing technical support for telecommunication systems, preferably -OpenScape Business.;
• Strong knowledge of VoIP technologies, SIP trunking, and PBX systems.;
• Excellent analytical and communication skills;
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving;
• High level of written and spoken English;
• Higher technical education – specialty in the field of Telecommunications or Information Technology.
