Brand Manager
For 33 years, at Nedelya we have been creating sweet emotions and sharing the most delicious cakes with our customers. With 12 pastry shops also in Romania, we are a well-recognized brand that continuously inspires with quality, taste, and style.
We are now looking for a proactive, creative, and well-organized Brand Manager to help us further grow our presence and turn sweetness into art.
For 33 years, at Nedelya we have been creating sweet emotions and sharing the most delicious cakes with our customers. With 12 pastry shops also in Romania, we are a well-recognized brand that continuously inspires with quality, taste, and style.
We are now looking for a proactive, creative, and well-organized Brand Manager to help us further grow our presence and turn sweetness into art.
Your Responsibilities:
- Understand and maintain the brand image and positioning.
- Create and manage social media content (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
- Organize and coordinate influencer campaigns, events, and partnerships with musicians, singers, and TV channels.
- Collaborate with agencies and contractors – video production, photo shoots, and marketing campaigns.
- Oversee graphic design projects – packaging, menus, digital posters, promotional materials.
- Execute and report marketing budgets.
- Conduct competitor research and propose innovative growth ideas.
- Actively participate in the process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Has experience in marketing, PR, or brand management.
- Is proficient in Photoshop and skilled in graphic design.
- Has an interest in photography and video production.
- Is artistic, communicative, and comfortable in front of the camera.
- Can handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Has experience working with influencers, agencies, and advertising campaigns.
- Is passionate about their work, with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
