Job description and main responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of brand marketing strategy.
- Collection, monitoring, analyzing market trends, competition and brand data (prices, media picture, etc),
- Development of an annual marketing plan for the products in the brand portfolio for which it is responsible, based on a strategic plan and priorities submitted by the General Manager, implementation and monitoring of the annual sales/marketing plan for each of the brands under his/hers responsibility;
- Leading of new product development process for innovation pipeline for brands under his/hers responsibility
- Development of product design, consumer 360 communication and market implementation for the brand under his/hers responsibility;
- Organizing incentive online and offline events, sales promotion programs and presentations; Creating with trainers education programs and trainings for beauty salons
- Managing social networks and creating content for them, copywriting;
- Developing and managing close cooperation with the sales representatives and the education team
- Budget planning & forecasting, KPIs and marketing reports
- Understanding and usage of marketing tools, reports and KPIs including research
- Project management and prioritization (ability to work independently and handle multiple projects)
- Excellent Social Media knowledge
- Excellent MS Office knowledge (MS Power Point, MS Excel, MS Word)
- Excellent English – written and spoken, ability to translate different materials (level B2-C1)
- Graphhic design knowledge is considered as advantage
- Previous experience in the professional cosmetic field is considered advantage
