BRAND MANAGER
We are looking for energetic and pro-active Brand manager to win the hearts of Bulgarian consumers.
We are looking for energetic and pro-active Brand manager to win the hearts of Bulgarian consumers.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop Marketing & Activation plan
- Develop all Trade Marketing activities and coordinate execution with trade partners
- Develop Brands Digital & PR strategy
- Ensure market share increase year on year
- Responsible for Marketing and Advertising budgets and profitability
- Product forecasting, stock management
- Regular store checks, monitoring of in-store execution
- Constant monitoring of market trends & competitor’s activities
- Pro-active, with strong leadership skills
- Creative, with ability to think out of the box
- Good team player
- Focused on the solution rather than the problem
- Has clean driving license
- Analytical thinking – ability to work with and read numbers
- Excellent planning skills
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and Power Point
- Digital skills – good understanding of digital marketing and analytics
- Interest in make-up is a big advantage
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Economics
- Min 2-3 year experience as Brand Manager
- Marketing experience in trade marketing & digital marketing
- English - fluent
