To support their Marketing structure, we are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Brand Manager. In this role, you will lead product development from scratch and build the brand identity working with the R&D team. Brand Manager

Responsibilities of the role:
- Implement marketing plans and build campaigns for Southern Europe;
- Manage the annual brand budget and optimize investments;
- Analyze market categories, competitors, and consumer habits using Retail Audit reports;
- Create media strategies and manage relationships with digital, BTL, and media agencies;
- Develop POS materials, briefs, and presentations for cross-departmental communication;
- Conduct regular market visits and meet with local distributors;
- Develop field marketing strategies.

Desired skills and experience:
- A university degree in Economics, Business, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in Marketing or Brand Management;
- Experience in product development and building products from scratch;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Strong analytical, multitasking, and time-management skills;
- Advanced MS Office and presentation capabilities;
- A driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently for business trips.
