- Modernization of military and civilian airports to NATO and ICAO standards
- Signalling and telecommunication systems on high-speed railway sections
- Unified radio coverage of the territory of Bulgaria to ensure airspace protection
- The first digital communication network of BULATSA
Key responsibilities:
- Actively participate in communication with companies and distributors
- Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers, obtaining quotes and negotiating terms, and pricing agreements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing requirements and specifications
- Generate purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Assist in developing commercial strategies
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and other related documentation
- Other duties as assigned
- Secondary special or higher education (an engineering degree will be considered an advantage)
- Very good computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
