With 17 offices across Bulgaria, located at major airports, cities, and resorts, as well as an international presence in Bucharest, we provide reliable nationwide and cross-border mobility solutions. Our TOP TEAM of more than 200 young, dynamic, and ambitious professionals is driven by continuous improvement and a shared commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Beyond our recognizable branded rental cars, we are actively developing diverse mobility solutions and digital platforms, creating meaningful opportunities for professionals who want to grow and contribute to real, impactful products. The TOP Dev Team is responsible for the software behind all company services – car rental and mobility solutions, vehicle sharing, franchising platforms, tourism portals, and other ambitious digital projects. The team consists of 6 software developers and 2 designers, working in close collaboration to design, develop, and scale reliable, user-focused products that support the entire Top Rent A Car ecosystem.

Join our young and fast-growing team as Senior Software Developer, based in Varna
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of web and mobile applications using React/React Native.
- Work with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Integrate seamlessly with external systems and services.
- Actively contribute to architectural decisions and technology selection.
- Mentor and support junior developers within the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in development with React/React Native.
- Profound understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in CSS/HTML and modern frameworks (e.g Tailwind).
- Proven experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency in test writing and utilizing CI/CD tools.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.
Nice to have
- Experience with Next.js, Expo and Strapi CMS.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud platforms.
- Active participation in open-source projects or technical communities.
