We are looking for a talented Bilingual Customer Support Agent (Portuguese & English) to join our client’s expanding team.

We are looking for a talented Bilingual Customer Support Agent (Portuguese & English) to join our client’s expanding team.
Daily Activities:
- Handling inquiries, providing helpful information, and responding to consumer feedback
- Engaging with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Using active listening and strong communication skills to fully understand and resolve consumer issues.
- Providing additional support for sensitive cases
- Developing expert knowledge of our product portfolio and consumer expectations
- Contributing ideas and taking initiative to improve our overall service quality
Your Profile:
- Empathy and the ability to recognize and handle emotions appropriately
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and verbal)
- Excellent phone manners, verbal communication, and active listening skills
- Previous experience in a customer experience/contact center is an advantage
- Good typing and computer literacy (MS Office)
- Minimum: High school education
