For one of our trusted partners, a leading international company, we are looking for a:
Customer Care Agent with German
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide expert advice on products and services
- Enter and verify customer data and information in internal systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Manage challenging conversations with professionalism, using de-escalation techniques to ensure positive outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support
- Coordinate with service technicians regarding customer requests
- Support administrative tasks, including fault and repair request processing and documentation of customer interactions
Requirements:
- Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1), written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong service orientation and problem-solving mindset
- Experience handling difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism
- Proficient in MS Office and other standard end-user software
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
