For one of our trusted partners, a leading international company, we are looking for a:

Customer Care Agent with German

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide expert advice on products and services
  • Enter and verify customer data and information in internal systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Manage challenging conversations with professionalism, using de-escalation techniques to ensure positive outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support
  • Coordinate with service technicians regarding customer requests
  • Support administrative tasks, including fault and repair request processing and documentation of customer interactions


Requirements:

  • Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1), written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong service orientation and problem-solving mindset
  • Experience handling difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Proficient in MS Office and other standard end-user software
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
