We are looking for an Accounts Payable Team Lead to support the growth of our business and help build a high‑performing accounting team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, shaping processes, and driving operational excellence in a fast‑scaling environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will lead day‑to‑day Accounts Payable operations, ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely payments, and strong vendor management.
- You will supervise, coach, and develop AP team members, setting clear priorities and maintaining high service levels.
- You will oversee the transition of AP activities, including knowledge transfer, process documentation, and stabilization.
- Identify process gaps and drive improvements, standardization, and automation across AP workflows.
- You will collaborate with Procurement, Treasury, and other finance teams to ensure smooth end‑to‑end processes and resolve escalations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
- Strong understanding of AP processes, internal controls, and accounting principles.
- Experience in process transitions, shared service environments, or centralization projects is a strong advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast‑growing, dynamic, and international environment.
