We are seeking a dynamic and creative Assistant Brand Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about brand development, marketing, and creating meaningful connections with customers. You will play a key role in executing brand strategies, managing campaigns, and ensuring our brands are presented impeccably across all channels.
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Assistant Brand Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about brand development, marketing, and creating meaningful connections with customers. You will play a key role in executing brand strategies, managing campaigns, and ensuring our brands are presented impeccably across all channels.
## Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate new product launches while maintaining up-to-date information on brand assortments
- Monitor and execute marketing and media plans according to established calendars
- Ensure flawless brand presentation through visual merchandising in both physical stores and online platforms
- Organize promotional campaigns, prepare advertising materials, and manage overall brand communication
- Translate and adapt PR materials, visuals, and training presentations
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, organize seeding campaigns and brand events
- Manage Instagram presence and CRM systems to engage with our customer database
- Prepare analytical reports and performance assessments as required
- Communicate effectively with consultants, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Previous experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role (3-5 years preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and influencer marketing
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems and analytics tools is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bulgarian
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
