Sales Executive – Ocean Freight
With over 30 years of experience in the Transport & Logistics industry, Discordia is an established leader, ranked among the top 20 transport companies in Europe. We cover over 70 countries worldwide, with 40 of them in Europe, constantly expand our global coverage and physical presence.
What to expect:
▪️Full-cycle sales responsibility, including identifying potential clients, making cold calls, scheduling and attending meetings, preparing tailored offers, and developing a strong client portfolio;
▪️Proactively promoting the company’s logistics and freight forwarding services to new and existing clients;
▪️Negotiating the provision of multimodal ocean freight solutions with both local and international customers;
▪️Building and maintaining long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
You are our best fit, if you have:
▪️ Relevant university degree;
▪️ Excellent command of English (both written and spoken);
▪️ Strong communicative skills and positive attitude with:
– Strong sales and negotiation skills;
– The ability to build and maintain a professional network;
– Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented mindset;
– Proficiency in software tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM systems;
– Motivation to build a long-term career in the field.
▪️ Previous experience in service sales is considered an advantage.
