We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Marketing Assistant to support our marketing operations across social media management, internal requests, and preparation of marketing and communtication materials. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, balancing creative tasks with strong attention to detail and coordination.

What you’ll do:

• Manage social media calendar based on content strategy
• Process all incoming requests from Sales and Account Managers
• Prepare emails, print materials, and presentations
• Maintain and update the monthly print materials database
• Report on monthly communication activities
• Coordinate with Account Managers on print needs and internal requests

Who we’re looking for:

• Student in Marketing, PR, Advertising, Journalism
• Proficiency with tools such as Canva, PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for content creation
• Prior experience with creating marketing materials
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and enjoyment of teamwork
