The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team on a permanent contract. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team on a permanent contract. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Finance function within the company: accounting, budgeting, financial forecasting, analysis of financial data, investment management, cash flow analysis and tax compliance;
- Ensure the application of Group’s rules, policies and procedures and provide guidance and support to business operations and company management;
- Lead the periodic and annual closing activities in compliance with the local legislation, Group’s procedures and provide analysis to local management;
- Deliver company’s budget, forecasts and long-term plan, in line with company’s business strategy, Group guidelines and timelines;
- Supervise treasury, analyse and provide cash forecast data;
- Lead development of new and optimization of existing Finance processes;
- Lead interaction with external & internal auditors;
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review;
- Monitor GL, AP & AR accounts;
- Reconciliate bank statements and perform audits of financial transactions;
- Set up and monitor accounting KPIs and meet financial accounting objectives;
- Manage the Finance team;
- Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent;
- 5+ years of experience in a similar capacity at an international company;
- Experienced in process management;
- Strong planning and organisational skills;
- Ability to deliver on multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines;
- Excellent IFRS knowledge;
- Knowledge of Bulgarian tax and accounting legislation;
- Very good command of verbal and written English;
- Computer proficiency, strong command of Excel;
- Knowledge of reporting tools, accounting software, databases and ERP systems concepts;
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
