The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team on a permanent contract. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Finance function within the company: accounting, budgeting, financial forecasting, analysis of financial data, investment management, cash flow analysis and tax compliance;
• Ensure the application of Group’s rules, policies and procedures and provide guidance and support to business operations and company management;
• Lead the periodic and annual closing activities in compliance with the local legislation, Group’s procedures and provide analysis to local management;
• Deliver company’s budget, forecasts and long-term plan, in line with company’s business strategy, Group guidelines and timelines;
• Supervise treasury, analyse and provide cash forecast data;
• Lead development of new and optimization of existing Finance processes;
• Lead interaction with external & internal auditors;
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management review;
• Monitor GL, AP & AR accounts;
• Reconciliate bank statements and perform audits of financial transactions;
• Set up and monitor accounting KPIs and meet financial accounting objectives;
• Manage the Finance team;

Requirements:

• Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent;
• 5+ years of experience in a similar capacity at an international company;
• Experienced in process management;
• Strong planning and organisational skills;
• Ability to deliver on multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines;
• Excellent IFRS knowledge;
• Knowledge of Bulgarian tax and accounting legislation;
• Very good command of verbal and written English;
• Computer proficiency, strong command of Excel;
• Knowledge of reporting tools, accounting software, databases and ERP systems concepts;
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
