DEPARTMENT LEADER SAP ACCESS

Employment Area: IT - Consulting // Location: Sofia // Employment Type: Full-time

The impact you will create:

You work as a Line Manager for up to 15 colleagues

You are part of the recruitment process, leading interviews, preselecting/selecting candidates

You synchronize the demands with our international colleagues and teams

You are responsible for the career and talent development of the colleagues you are leading

You push for excellence and quality, by improving the process and the standards followed by the teams

You work in close collaboration with the HR team on any administrative tasks

You have to coordinate and support the daily work in SAP Authorizations and Role management

Experience and skills you will need:

At least 5 years of professional experience in IT, at least 2 years experience in SAP Authorizations and Role management

At least 1 year of professional experience as a Line Manager

You have an eye for talent

You are able to communicate in precise and empathic way, giving guidance and regular feedback

You are very well organized, diplomatic and self-driven

You impress with your initiative and decision-making ability and a team-oriented way of thinking

You will collaborate with internal and international colleagues (excellent English skills are required)
