Regional HRBP Job description:

• Close cooperation with the Regional Sales Manager and Regional VM in building, developing and motivating store teams
• Implementation of people strategy to adapt the structure, culture and talents to business goals in Bulgaria
• Implementation of HR processes, including recruitment planning, ensuring development processes, talent management and building succession in the subordinate region
• Development of Store Managers' competences, conducting and coordinating training and identifying training needs
• Support leadership, direction and expertise in the areas of culture, change management, coaching, talent assessment and development
• Preparation and analysis of HR indicators and taking actions in areas with potential
• Being a member of an international HR team and participation in interesting projects

Our expectations:

• Experience in HR area
• Experience in the retail or manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of English - minimum level B2+ (necessary condition)
• Very good and effective communication
• Positive attitude and adaptability
• Readiness for business travels, driving license
