Regional HRBP Job description:
- Close cooperation with the Regional Sales Manager and Regional VM in building, developing and motivating store teams
- Implementation of people strategy to adapt the structure, culture and talents to business goals in Bulgaria
- Implementation of HR processes, including recruitment planning, ensuring development processes, talent management and building succession in the subordinate region
- Development of Store Managers' competences, conducting and coordinating training and identifying training needs
- Support leadership, direction and expertise in the areas of culture, change management, coaching, talent assessment and development
- Preparation and analysis of HR indicators and taking actions in areas with potential
- Being a member of an international HR team and participation in interesting projects
Our expectations:
- Experience in HR area
- Experience in the retail or manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of English - minimum level B2+ (necessary condition)
- Very good and effective communication
- Positive attitude and adaptability
- Readiness for business travels, driving license
