TECHNICAL PROJECT COORDINATOR

Main duties:

In this position, you will work closely with Project Managers, Designers, Subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure best practices are followed for construction and installation activities and materials. In addition, you will be responsible for preparing and verifying all technical documentation, preparing requests, maintaining the database, and conducting correspondence. Last but not least, you will communicate and negotiate with equipment suppliers in Bulgaria and abroad.

Expected skills, knowledge, and experience:

• Previous experience as a Technical Project Coordinator or Technical Project Assistant;
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in (Electrical) Engineering, Industrial Management, or other technical-related specialty - this is a must;
• Good computer literacy, (including proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD);
• Willingness to travel abroad on long business trips;
• Very good command of the English language (B2 level or higher).

The following will be considered advantageous but are not mandatory:

• Knowledge of construction or building projects;
• Good command of another European language (Spanish /Portuguese).
