For one of our clients – an international company, leading game developer providing player- favourites to the most successful global brands in the iGaming industry, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the role – Team Manager for Game Show Presenters (day/night shifts).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise the team, ensuring adherence to company policies and handling absence,

disciplinary, and grievance issues;

• Drive team performance, contributing to organizational goals through training and

development initiatives;

• Regularly coach and mentor team members, fostering personal and professional growth;
• Ensure all services align with company values, policies, procedures, and KPIs;
• Foster teamwork by supporting communication and organizing regular team meetings;
• Identify team and individual learning needs and collaborate with the training department to

address them.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year in a similar role, preferably in iGaming or Live Casino;
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict management abilities;
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
• Proficient in Office 365 and other essential software;
• Willingness to work in shifts – day and night;
• Excellent ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;
• A degree in Management is a plus and previous experience in iGaming or Live Casinois a plus.
