Our partner is a well-known international company. They are the choice to the majority of global leaders of process equipment and device manufacturing within the semiconductor industry. Consistently delivering innovation, best-in-class reliability and cost of ownership, with a solutions that are optimized for value within their applications. Currently, they are opening their new service center in Bulgaria, and we are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn professional to join their team in the role of:
Customer Support with German and English

Customer Support with German and English
Responsabilities:
- Sales order & Claims creation
- Maintenance of customer portal
- Customer query handling related to TAT or amendments to orders
- Disputes / Issue resolution and RCA
- MIS reporting as needed
- Responsible for & Understands Order Management Process
Requirments:
- Level of English B1 and level of German B2
- Previous experience on a similar position (2 years)
- A very high level of Customer Orientation
- Should have Analytical skills.
- Order management – Prior Order Booking experience in Oracle
- Ability to work fact-based with high agility, accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to determine and resolve root cause issues
- An understanding of business processes and controls
- Able to follow processes and provide “Best in Class” service and support
- Ability to work empowered, transparent and to tight deadlines and manage own and department workload accordingly
- Ability to work as an individual but also with other team members with minimum supervision once training is completed
- Good working knowledge in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, & PPT
- Good interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
