For one of our clients - a multinational company specializing in the production and distribution of various drinks worldwide, we are looking for – OTC Route Reconciliation Specialist with German and English (standard shifts/hybrid).

Responsibilities:

• Ensures timely, accurate completion of Route Settlements procedures;
• Collaborates with Business Units to facilitate smooth deployment of Route Settlements into

Shared Services;

• Analyzes errors and discrepancies, taking actions to close gaps;
• Supports other team members and offers guidance on Route Settlements processes;
• Clears discrepancies in coordination with Warehouse, Logistics, and external service providers;
• Handles driver and in-transit accounts, addressing open items daily;
• Provides relevant documentation to customers and resolves queries promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in multinational or Shared Services environments;
• Proficient in ERP systems, particularly SAP, and advanced Excel skills;
• Very good German and English skills;
• Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills;
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and stay organized;
• Strong team collaboration skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
