An international manufacturing company is looking to appoint a Workflow Optimisation Manager who will be responsible for driving Continuous Improvement initiatives and optimising operational processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement sustainable improvements;
- Analyse and optimise workflows across production and sorting operations;
- Define and manage KPIs and performance monitoring systems;
- Troubleshoot operational issues and analyse root causes;
- Lead and support cross-functional improvement initiatives;
- Conduct Lean trainings (5S, Kaizen, Problem Solving, Visual Management);
- Collect and analyse operational data to support decision-making;
- Manage process improvement projects end-to-end.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations or similar;
- 3+ years’ experience in process improvement or production management;
- Strong knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma or similar methodologies;
- Experience designing and tracking KPIs;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Fluency in English.
