For one of our clients - a global bottling company that produces and distributes a variety of beverages across many countries, we are looking for – Customer to Cash Disputes Specialist with German (Hybrid).

For one of our clients - a global bottling company that produces and distributes a variety of beverages across many countries, we are looking for – Customer to Cash Disputes Specialist with German (Hybrid).
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of customer disputes and resolve them quickly and accurately;
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient processes;
- Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction;
- Work with SAP and internal tools to manage and track cases;
- Follow up on open issues and ensure timely resolution;
- Contribute to process improvements and team success.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a corporate or Shared Services environment;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking;
- Good Excel skills; SAP experience is a plus;
- Proficiency German with excellent English skills;
- Customer-focused with great communication skills;
- Well-organized, proactive, and a true team player.
