For one of our clients - a global bottling company that produces and distributes a variety of beverages across many countries, we are looking for – Customer to Cash Disputes Specialist with German (Hybrid).

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of customer disputes and resolve them quickly and accurately;
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient processes;
• Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction;
• Work with SAP and internal tools to manage and track cases;
• Follow up on open issues and ensure timely resolution;
• Contribute to process improvements and team success.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a corporate or Shared Services environment;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking;
• Good Excel skills; SAP experience is a plus;
• Proficiency German with excellent English skills;
• Customer-focused with great communication skills;
• Well-organized, proactive, and a true team player.
