With modern clinics in Varna and London, our Software & Systems team is growing, and we are looking for a Software Developer to help design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications that support our business and operations.

You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions — and have a real say in architecture and system design decisions.

Main responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-quality software solutions
• Participate in system design and architecture decisions, ensuring scalability and maintainability
• Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and scalability
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
• Identify bottlenecks and improve system performance

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React/Next.js)
• Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs
• Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and ORM tools
• Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms (RBAC, JWT)
• Strong analytical thinking and teamwork skills

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker)
• Understanding of system design, performance optimization, and best practices
