What will you do:
- Build AI features end-to-end: design APIs, data flows, and inference pipelines; ship
- LLM & Agents: prototype and harden RAG and agentic systems (reasoning,
- Model integration: integrate or fine-tune LLMs; define prompt strategies; implement
- Search & knowledge: stand up vector search (FAISS/pgvector/Pinecone/Weaviate)
- MLOps & reliability: containerize (Docker), orchestrate (Kubernetes), instrument
- Data engineering: build ingestion/ETL from DBs, document stores, and APIs; ensure
- Security & compliance: apply API security (OAuth/JWT) and privacy best practices
- Collaborate & iterate: work with product/design/clients to validate fast, document
Your professional profile:
- Strong Python engineering; experience with FastAPI (or Flask/Django).
- Hands-on with LLMs and RAG (embeddings, retrieval, chunking, evals).
- Experience with at least one agent/orchestration stack: LangChain / LangGraph /
- Vector DB/search (e.g., FAISS, pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus).
- Cloud proficiency (AWS/GCP/Azure); containerization (Docker) and basic
- Solid software engineering: testing, observability, CI/CD, documentation.
- Excellent English; comfortable with client communication.
- PyTorch/TensorFlow/JAX; MLflow/Kubeflow; Azure ML / SageMaker / Vertex AI.
- Neo4j or other graph databases integrated with LLM workflows.
- Monitoring with Prometheus; OpenSearch/Elasticsearch.
- TypeScript/React for internal tools/dashboards.
- Domain experience (healthcare, legal, biotech/vision) is a plus.
