Daily challenges:
- Performing contract review and analysis, and preparing detailed contract risk assessments against a corporate risk matrix;
- Communicating and coordinating with deal team members and applying DXC deal governance corporate processes;
- Legal negotiations with DXC customers;
- Reporting to Legal management and escalating issues in clear and timely manner;
- Engaging in company projects for development of DXC legal department .
eXperience and skills required:
- At least 5+ years of legal experience in international organization;
- Good expertise in Commercial and Contract law, including in contract review and negotiations;
- Expertise in IP & IT law will be considered an advantage;
- Fluency in both English and French language;
- A team player with strong motivation to learn and develop;
- Excellent communication skills, flexibility, attention to detail and good organizational skills.
