For a client оf ours we are looking to hire a Legal Counsel.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key legal advisor, providing daily guidance on matters impacting the company's business
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, with a strong focus on leases and service contracts
• Develop and refine standard contract templates and company policies
• Perform thorough legal research and analysis to support business decisions
• Partner with teams across the organization to deliver comprehensive and effective legal solutions
• Support corporate governance activities
• Support compliance efforts, including those related to personal data protection and AML regulations
• Track and advise on legislative changes affecting the company's operations
• Report directly to the Head of Legal

Requirements:

• Master of Laws (LLM) degree required
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant legal experience; legal experience in retail and office space leasing is a plus
• Professional fluency in English
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and advance within the organization
