Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop Quality management system according to the applicable regulations, ISO 9001:2015, Guidelines on Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Goods Manufacturing Practice (GMP) of medicinal products for human use;
• Assure ongoing compliance with Phoenix Group quality and industry regulatory requirements by routine quality processes and training to the business;
• Work in close collaboration with other departments into the company, Phoenix Headquarters Quality department and the other affiliates within the group to ensure a strong QM&QA culture throughout the business and providing guidance as required;
• Coordinate and manage all quality control and assurance activities, including but not limited to: management of deviations, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA);
• Preparation of risk assessment toward main working processes and practical maintenance of change management procedure regarding ISO/GDP requirements;
• Enhance the competence of dedicated personnel by conducting of ISO 9001 and GDP training and familiarization with applicable SOP's;
• Team management (including Responsible pharmacist & Qualified person);
• Budget management;
• Business Continuity planning and Crisis management;
• Manage the quality documents flow;
• Act as point of contact for all auditing activities (internal random audit/external suppliers) for inspections by agencies and institutions;
• Manage sustainability agenda, incl. reporting to Phoenix Headquarters Sustainability department.

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor and/or Master degree – preferred Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Nature sciences or similar;
• Fluent in English language;
• At least 2 years of experience in implementation / development of Quality management process. Experience in pharma/ wholesale industry will be an advantage;
• Deep knowledge of requirements of ISO 9001:2015;
• Demonstrated knowledge in GDP, GMP and/or related Quality systems in wholesale/ production;
• Internal Auditor Certificate (ISO 9001:2015 Lead auditor certificate and GDP training certificate are an advantage);
• Strong interest to develop and upgrade the QA System within the company;
• Practice in project management will be a strong advantage.
