Trade Marketing Visibility Execution Lead
We are currently searching for a motivated and committed professional to step in the position of Market Excellence Lead. The person will receive an opportunity to join our highly effective and dynamic Business development team and to contribute to probably the best beer company in the world!
What you’ll be doing:
Negotiates and organizes the implementation of visibility execution projects in Off trade and On trade market
Negotiates services and parameters with agencies, suppliers and manufacturers of advertising equipment
Prepares proposals on visibility projects tailored to the specifics of the sites and corresponding brands
Works closely and validates visibility projects with direct supervisor, TM team colleagues and/or other functions - commercial division, brand marketing, finance
Organizes and tracks production of promotional materials
Manages and tracks the use of available promotional materials effectively
Coordinates and oversees the usage of promotional materials and overall implementation of visibility projects
Achieves the set targets for the number and quality of completed projects
Effectively manages budget compared to the established
What we’re looking for:
Experience working with various suppliers, advertising agencies and promotional material manufacturers
Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word
Higher education - Economics, Business Administration or Marketing will be taken as an advantage
Previous commercial experience gained working with On/Off trade market or experience in trade marketing – at least 1 year
Proven skills in managing resources and budgets
Knowledge in the stages of the sales/negotiation process
Knowledge in marketing and public relations
Skills - presentation skills, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously, independent decision making skills and loyalty
Results oriented
Driver's license, cat. В
English will be taken as an advantage
Communication skills, Creativity, Responsibility, Organizational skills
Opportunity to travel
Experience in FMCG sector, as well as in designing and executing in-door and out-door branding and visibility projects will be a strong advantage
