Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Manager to join our team in Bulgaria. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of information security within the organization.

» Key Responsibilities:

• Operational information security management
• Implementation and maintenance of the information security management system (ISMS) (ISO27001)
• Supporting the Area CISO in the further development of the ISMS
• Participation in maintaining an up-to-date ISMS documentation and information status
• Application of the security guidelines, elimination of defects, defect prevention and improvement.
• Reporting and mitigation of acute threats and risks
• Internal control management for information security (e.g., ISAE3402, SOC1-4)

» Qualifications:

• Degree in (business) informatics, mathematics, economics or a comparable degree
• More than five years of experience in the following areas: operational information security management, ISMS, data protection and IT security concepts, cyber security, security operations, internal control management
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory EU requirements (e.g., NIS-2 Directive, GDPR, AI Act) is an advantage
• Experience in project management
• Experience and confidence in dealing with internal customers; experience with external customers is a plus
• Good German language skills (at least B2 level) and English language skills
