We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our client's team and support the internal IT operations. If you have a passion for troubleshooting, system management, and providing excellent technical support, we’d love to hear from you!

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our client's team and support the internal IT operations. If you have a passion for troubleshooting, system management, and providing excellent technical support, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Network Administration: Configure and maintain routers, switches, internet connections, and backups.
- Helpdesk Support: Provide first-line IT support, manage user accounts (Active Directory, SharePoint), and resolve technical issues.
- System Management: Maintain company hardware and software, install updates, and ensure system security.
- Operational Support: Manage IT inventory, collaborate with suppliers, and document internal IT processes.
Requirements:
- Experience as IT Help Desk and/or as a System Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) and virtualization tools (VMware, VirtualBox).
- Basic scripting skills (PowerShell) and familiarity with backup & restore processes.
- Nice to have: Linux Server, Azure, Mikrotik, SQL.
