Your role:
You can leverage and develop your skills by working in an Agile environment to create software products with high visibility and strategic importance for the Republic of Bulgaria.
Day-to-day:
- Lead the business analysis, development, and launch of software products for the digitalization of work processes
- Manage the entire product life cycle from discovery through creation and validation to production
- Define, refine, and communicate product vision, goals, and user stories to the development team and stakeholders
- Breakdown the product vision into user stories, write specifications and other product-related documents, prioritize features, and coordinate product schedules with a team of engineers
- Collaborate closely with the development team to translate requirements into actionable tasks and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
- Coordinate and build strong working relations with various internal and external stakeholder groups, including IT, Engineering, and Business
- Minimum one-year experience in the field of Software Development /as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar role
- Understanding of the development/technical processes
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the Bulgarian language
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- English level (B1 or higher Level);
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
- Experience on projects for the Public Sector
- Experience in Bid/Tender Documentation
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
- Good knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
- Prototyping skills
- Full-time employment on a permanent contract
