At OnProcess, part of Accenture we believe circular business models are the future. Therefore, we help our clients reduce the environmental footprint of recovering, repairing, and reusing products by streamlining circular service supply chains.
In order to sustain our growth, we are looking to hire SAP Consultant
Job Summary:
The SAP Consultant gather facts, analyze the client’s business processes and draw conclusions. The Consultant prepares the design of the solution and demonstrates the design to support the findings and conclusions. Contributes by analyzing client’s business processes and performs configuration work and assists clients in testing cycles.

Job Summary:
The SAP Consultant gather facts, analyze the client’s business processes and draw conclusions. The Consultant prepares the design of the solution and demonstrates the design to support the findings and conclusions. Contributes by analyzing client’s business processes and performs configuration work and assists clients in testing cycles.
Responsibilities:
- Will align and work to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Build and foster customer relationships to drive customer success and solution adoption
- Engage actively in management of P2 issues, Feature Activation and Enhancement requests, work progress tracking, and future de-escalation planning by recommending appropriate services from the Preferred Success portfolio.
- Develop an understanding of customer-specific architecture, processes, configuration, landscape, and pain points; provide guidance to internal teams where necessary.
- Develop partnerships with global internal teams and work closely with the dedicated global pool of resources to drive resolution for customer challenges.
- Has the necessary attitude, technical & functional skill set and aptitude to answer complex “how-to” questions and troubleshoot application and integration issues as and when required to provide superior customer experience.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with SAP products.
- Experience in multinational environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Technical background will be considered as a strong advantage.
- Great analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing processes and strategy;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
