The Role We’re looking for a Google Ads / PPC Specialist to join our fast-paced marketing team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our external paid media agency while taking an active part in planning, launching, and optimizing performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Microsoft Ads (Bing). Your focus? Lead generation, conversions, and constant improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage keywords, bids, audiences, and budgets with a clear goal: maximum ROI and lower CPA/CPL
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
• Create and A/B test ad copy, extensions, and creative variations that align with Dentaprime’s brand voice
• Perform keyword, audience, and competitor research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
• Work closely with internal teams and our agency on conversion rate optimization and funnel performance
• Stay on top of Google Ads trends, algorithm updates, and new platform features — and actually use them

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, GA4, GTM, YouTube Ads, and Performance Max
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative team attitude
• A proactive, creative, and solution-oriented approach
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
