Currently we are looking for a Legal Counsel to join the great team of our Legal Directorate and who will have the following:
Main responsibilities of the position:
- Provides legal opinions related to bank loans, trade finance and factoring deals to corporate clients of the Bank
- Elaborates and coordinates agreements and annexes, including General Terms and Conditions related to corporate loans, trade finance and factoring deals.
- Drafts and coordinates different collateral agreements related to deals with corporate clients: mortgages, pledges etc. and their registration, renewal, deregistration
- Participates in the monitoring of the national and European legislation and court practise relevant for the serviced activities of the Bank
Competences we look for:
- Higher education in Law - Master's degree with acquired legal capacity.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, including legal English
- Very good legal literacy - knowledge in the field of corporate, commercial law, civil and real estate law,
- Ability to analyse facts and legal issues under different cases, as well as application of appropriate legal methods in the run of court proceedings in order to ensure the best possible protection for the Bank
- Very good computer literacy, MS Office skills and quick mastering of various internal systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team, good communication and initiative-taking skills, responsible attitude towards the assignments.
