LEAN MANAGER

Some of your responsibilities:

You will be involved in;

Implementation and support process optimizations, operational efficiency improvements, and Lean transformations across company processes and business areas. Conduction diagnostics of the internal processes, including floor observations, process mapping, data collection, and analysis, while collaborating with line managers. Development and presentation of proposals on process efficiency, KPIs, and organizational workflow. Assistance of the managers and their teams in designing future processes and implementing the proposed improvements. Measurement of the impact of process changes and fosterment of a continuous improvement culture.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in an economic or IT-related field Previous experience in process management and process optimization activities Knowledge of Lean methodology and tools. Excellent overall computer literacy (MS Office - MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc) Experience in projects related to analysis, change, and implementation of operational business processes in a fintech, insurance, or banking institution Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills incl. the ability to present your ideas and to expire the audience. Certification or knowledge of Six Sigma is an advantage but it is not mandatory.
