YOUR ROLE:
Due to the rapid growth and expansion of company operations, currently, we are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Legal Advisor/ Attorney-at-Law to join our team of dedicated professionals in our Sofia office.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Advise and lead on a wide range of legal matters relating to the company’s day to day operations and strategic initiatives, both EU/ UK-focussed and globally;
- Structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with service providers and other partners;
- Prepare statements, minutes, reports, terms of service for our products and services, internal policies, procedures, etc.;
- Continuously monitoring compliance with statutory obligations and advising management
- Identify, assess, manage and report risks to the business and provide appropriate legal solutions to mitigate risk.
- Master’s Degree in Law;
- At least 5 years experience in the area of civil and corporate law;
- Еxcellent knowledge of Bulgarian civil and commercial law;
- Excellent command of English language (written and spoken);
- Strong English-language legal drafting skills;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Superior analytical and writing skills;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in Spanish (both written and spoken) as a second language;
- Experience in the following areas: e-commerce, consumer protection, data protection, and intellectual property.
