MAIN CHALLENGES:
- Provides legal services to the business units in the Bank in the course of creation and advertising of credit products granted to individuals, micro- and small and medium enterprises
- Renders legal advice in the process of development/implementation of new credit products and processes
- Elaborates and coordinates templates of agreements internal rules and procedures, related to the lending activity of the Bank’s business units
- Renders legal advice in cases of customer complaints and regulatory inspections related to credit products
- Represents the Bank in administrative procedures and court cases related to lending activity /except for collection of non-performing loans/
- Participates in the monitoring, interpretation and assisting in the interpretation of the Bulgarian and European legislation
THE PERFECT CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
- Higher education in Law - Master's degree with acquired legal capacity;
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, including legal English
- Professional experience - at least 2 years of experience in a financial institution or in another entity with similar features would be considered an advantage
- Very good legal literacy - knowledge in the field of consumer and competition protection, credit products and services, civil procedure
- Litigation experience would be considered a strong advantage
- Very good legal literacy - knowledge in the field of consumer and competition protection
- Ability to analyze facts and legal issues under different cases, as well as application of appropriate legal methods in the run of court proceedings in order to ensure the best possible protection for the Bank
- Very good computer literacy, MS Office skills and quick mastering of various internal systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team, good communication and initiative-taking skills, responsible attitude towards the assignments.
