Responsibilities
- Analyze product and system functional requirements, providing feedback.
- Define and maintain test design, monitor test coverage, and ensure overall quality.
- Identify, create, and manage test data effectively.
- Execute test cases, document defects, validate resolutions, and assist in defect management.
- Analyze, report, and communicate test results, including outstanding defects and test status.
- Evaluate and reproduce customer-reported issues, recommending corrections.
- Implement improvements in test methods and strategies.
- Escalate quality risks with mitigation strategies where possible.
- Provide test estimations and prepare test reports.
- Follow the target operating model and project-specific guidelines.
Requirements
Essential:
- University degree or education in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years’ experience as a QA Analyst.
- Experience with software testing, including creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Experience with Test Management tools such as TestRail, Xray, or similar.
- Knowledge of defect management tools, preferably JIRA.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Good understanding of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and prioritization skills.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with team members like developers, business analysts, and different business units.
- Very good verbal and written skills in English.
