Responsibilities:
- Supervise and evaluate external partners running ads on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Bing Ads (a plus) to ensure strong performance.
- Make sure campaigns align with business goals, drive a high return on investment (ROI), and adjust strategies when needed.
- Track campaign results, identify areas for improvement, and work with partners to enhance effectiveness.
- Make sure tracking tools are correctly set up to measure campaign performance and provide reliable data.
- Regularly review reports, break down complex data into clear insights, and recommend improvements.
- Keep up with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.
- Collaborate with the creative and sales teams to make sure marketing efforts align with the company’s overall goals.
- Oversee ad spending to maximize impact and efficiency, keeping campaigns within budget.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 3+ years in paid performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads is a plus).
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign data, track performance, and optimize for higher ROI.
- CRM Knowledge: Experience with CRM systems to align marketing with lead generation and retention.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and stakeholders efficiently.
- Tracking & Attribution: Understanding of audience segmentation, tracking tools, and attribution models.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with teams and explain data-driven insights clearly.
- Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
