Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's goals and values.
- Enhance company’s visibility, awareness and reputation by developing and executing effective social media campaigns
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Create engaging content for social media channels
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Ensures the company's messages are consistent and engaging across all communication platforms
- Generate fresh news angles and story ideas to maintain a continuous flow of positive coverage
- Direct social media agencies to engage audiences across traditional and new media
- Measure and report the success of every social media campaign
- Monitor, analyze and communicate results on a monthly basis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in, PR, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field. Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google+ and other social media best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Excellent multitasking time-management skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in Bulgarian and English, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
