Proxiad SEE is an IT Consulting and Software Development company, part of Proxiad Group France, with headquarters in Paris, over 25 years of industry experience, and 1300 + specialists. The Southeast Europe (SEE) branch employs 250+ professionals, operates in Bulgaria and North Macedonia, and has provided services in various sectors (Healthcare, Fintech, Banking, Insurance, E-commerce and Retail, Procurement, etc.) for over 20 years.
In 2022 we stepped above and introduced two innovative software products: Desk Buddy and GROW.
We have implemented a hybrid work model and offer opportunities for learning, development, and CSR activities, following and incorporating ESG elements.
We are looking to hire a Software Developer for a long-term project focused on supporting operations in delivering key information to commercial teams, particularly regarding unavailabilities such as outages and curtailments. The system also provides data to the REMIT Service, which is vital for ensuring compliance with European energy trading regulations.
We are looking for professionals experienced in:
- Backend: .NET 6 & .NET 8 (C#), REST API, GraphQL, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, Background jobs (Hangfire)
- Frontend: React, TypeScript
- Infrastructure: Azure, Helm, Kubernetes
Tasks:
- Application monitoring of critical services to ensure correct commercial and regulatory reporting
- Proactive identification of system issues via current monitoring tools
- Bug review and remediation if impacting system behavior
- Bi-weekly reporting of bugs and resolutions
- Response time and ticket resolution for end-user reported bugs (only if confirmed as bugs)
- Initially focused on 2nd level support (1st level handled internally by the client)
- Possibility to run product enhancements if agreed and budgeted separately
