Position Highlights:
The Solution Specialist – Master Data focuses on supporting master data harmonization and rollouts across client platforms, businesses, and systems, playing a critical role in executing the Digital Technology & Analytics roadmap. The Solution Specialist’s role is to ensure Business process relating to the area of expertise are allowed to run from an IT perspective.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to help identify, analyze, and prioritize data requirements, objectives, and migration tasks.
- Perform master data migration process from the source system to the central master data repository (TIBCO EBX)
- Process master data requests, conduct data cleansing, load data into the MDM system, and provide reconciliation reports to requesters.
- Participate in the development of new migration processes and tools, including defining input and quality criteria, data conversion processes, loading methods, and outputs. Contribute ideas for enhancing migration productivity and data quality.
- Document data migration processes, troubleshoot issues, and resolve data-related discrepancies.
- Work with reporting and automation that supports data integrity in migration
Main Requirements:
- Proficient usage of Microsoft Office tools – i.e. MS Excel advanced level.
- Knowledge of a MDM solution is preferrable.
- Ability to handle several projects (up to 3 at the same time).
- Organized, self-driven individual with excellent communication skills.
- University degree of Business Analysis or relevant.
- Experience working in a large IT company, team-oriented & collaborative environment.
