Junior Social Media & Content Creation Specialist
At DSK Bank, we believe banking should happen at the speed of life. Our "Here and Now" philosophy isn't just a slogan for our customers—it’s the pulse of our digital communication. We are looking for a Junior Social Media & Content Creation Specialist to be the face, voice, and ears of DSK Bank across the social media landscape.
This is a 360-degree role where creativity meets customer care. You will create the content that stops the scroll, but you will also be the one who listens and responds when our customers reach out.

We are looking for a Junior Social Media & Content Creation Specialist to be the face, voice, and ears of DSK Bank across the social media landscape.
This is a 360-degree role where creativity meets customer care. You will create the content that stops the scroll, but you will also be the one who listens and responds when our customers reach out.
What You’ll Do: ?️
- Develop and execute an "always-on" social media strategy for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
- Produce high-quality visual and written content that humanizes banking—think Reels that explain the Euro transition or posts that give an insign around a cool new feature in our banking app.
- Ensure every post reinforces the "Here and Now" promise: immediate, relevant, and helpful and follows overall brand consistency.
- Work closely with different influencers and opinion leaders to share DSK Bank’s message across the web reaching new audiences.
- Manage and respond to comments and direct messages across all social platforms with a tone that is professional, empathetic, and agile. Including App Store/Google Play store reviews.
- Don't just post—prove it. Provide weekly and monthly reports on engagement, sentiment, and community growth.
- Track common "pain points" from app reviews and social comments to provide the Product Team with actionable insights for future updates.
- A Storyteller: You have some experience in social media marketing or digital content creation (Agency or FinTech experience is a plus).
- A "People Person" (Digitally): You genuinely enjoy helping people. You can take a frustrated app review and turn it into a positive brand experience through a thoughtful response.
- Linguistic Ninja: Flawless written Bulgarian and English. You know when to use a formal tone and when an emoji says it best. ?
