We are looking for a strategic Digital Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our Global Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will bring practical experience with global digital campaign analysis and data‑driven insight generation. This role will help shape and scale our Customer digital marketing analytics capabilities. You will work cross‑functionally with global and local marketing teams and media agencies to bring clarity to campaign performance, optimize investment, and connect marketing activity to business outcomes.

Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Strategic Digital Marketing Analytics Specialist to lead our global data‑driven decision‑making initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in creating and executing comprehensive analytics strategies that empower international brands.

5-7+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, with a focus on strategic analysis and insights Advanced proficiency in analytics tools including Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Qlik, Looker Studio, Tableau) Extensive experience with digital marketing platforms across Social Media, Google Ads, Display, and Programmatic advertising Strong background in working with data platforms, lakes, and warehouses (e.g., Amazon Redshift, SnapLogic, Funnel.io, SuperMetrics, BigQuery, Salesforce, Datorama) Proven track record of translating complex data into actionable marketing strategies Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences Strong project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Strategic Analytics Leadership: Develop and implement Global Digital Marketing Analytics & Data Strategy & Roadmap Identify and capitalize on emerging digital marketing trends and technologies Provide strategic insights to inform and enhance global digital marketing initiatives Engage with regional business owners and global Centers of Excellence to identify, scope, and define advanced analytics use cases Advanced Data Analysis and Visualization: Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior, marketing performance, and web analytics Create sophisticated dashboards and data visualizations to communicate complex insights Develop and optimize attribution models to accurately measure campaign effectiveness Create campaign and website performance reports Campaign Optimization and Performance Measurement: Design and implement robust measurement strategies for digital campaigns and web properties, including tag management Lead A/B testing initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization Review and test campaigns, analyzing key metrics to identify opportunities for performance improvement
