About the Role:
As a Training & Content Development Specialist, you will turn complex product information into clear, engaging, and impactful training and communication materials. From PowerPoint decks and one-pagers to infographics, playbooks, and videos - you’ll design content that empowers our Sales Associates and Partners to succeed.

As a Training & Content Development Specialist, you will turn complex product information into clear, engaging, and impactful training and communication materials. From PowerPoint decks and one-pagers to infographics, playbooks, and videos - you’ll design content that empowers our Sales Associates and Partners to succeed.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape how we train, enable, and communicate with our global workforce and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Development
- Build and execute training and communication strategies
- Develop and maintain engaging assets (slide decks, infographics, one-pagers, FAQs, videos, e-learning)
- Translate complex product and business messages into audience-focused content for Associates, Partners, and Customers
- Create templates to ensure consistency across global teams
- Partner with regional marketing teams to adapt and localize content
Enablement Delivery
- Design and deliver enablement programs (webinars, on-demand videos, e-learning, workshops)
- Manage communication channels including email updates, training schedules and more
Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Track training engagement, completion rates, and business outcomes
- Maintain a KPI dashboard and adjust programs based on insights and feedback
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience creating training, communications, or enablement content in digital/e-commerce
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Ability to simplify technical concepts into engaging narratives and visuals
- Background in instructional design (adult learning principles, LMS publishing)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience with PowerPoint/Keynote, Adobe/Canva, Articulate, Vyond, Synthesia (or similar), and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Miro, etc.)
- Experience working across global teams, cultures, and time zones is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours:
- This position follows a schedule of 11:00 – 20:00 to ensure effective collaboration with global teams.
