Our client, a rapidly growing company offering a large portfolio of services to B2B clients, is looking for an Account Manager to manage its relationship with the customers. This position will appeal to dynamic, career minded individuals ready to take up the challenge and enjoy the rewards that success will bring. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and resilient, have excellent people skills and a basic understanding of qualifying customers’ needs.
Key duties:
Building strong relationships with business owners with operations in Bulgaria Understanding their business, goals and challenges, as if they were your own Develop an in depth understanding of customers’ needs and suggest growth opportunities Committed to optimizing customer satisfaction and loyalty
Experience/ skills required:
Fluency in English First class communication skills and ability to interact with a range of stakeholders Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Effective problem-solving skills, specifically the ability to assess situations, evaluate options, make decisions, draw conclusions, and exercise judgment Flexible to evolving responsibilities and last minute changes Knack for balancing workloads to meet deadlines
