About the Company DevriX is hiring an Account Executive to strengthen execution capabilities with daily customer success and project alignment initiatives on-site from our office in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will work closely with delivery teams, account managers, and the executive team as a link between customer and in-house departments for a dozen accounts ranging from $10M growing brands to Fortune 500 companies. The ideal candidate will simplify business problems and customer requirements and propose data-driven, actionable initiatives, define priorities, get buy-in, and coordinate internal execution. The position requires extreme ownership, balancing effective execution of ongoing initiatives with long-term planning and digital growth,for initiatives across data projects, website builds, and marketing campaigns.Key Goals
- Support communication and delivery assignments/oversight of initiatives for 10–15 existing accounts, overseeing digital communication across channels and simplifying requirements from QBRs and ongoing meetings.
- Monitor account KPIs, project progress, and delivery hours consumed, providing transparent reporting to clients and internally.
- Translate high-level client objectives into project scopes, SOP breakdowns, and structured deliverables for the project team.
- Work closely with internal teams (development, project management, operations) to ensure clarity, alignment, and stellar execution.
- Ensure high NPS, reaching account profitability targets while supporting upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Identify delivery risks, scope creep, or satisfaction gaps early and implement mitigation plans to maintain account health.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with client executives (Directors, VPs, CMOs), facilitating strategic reviews and executive-level updates.
- Package insights, findings, and client strategy into frameworks, dashboards, and narrative decks to drive clarity and action.
- Contribute to building scalable account management processes, playbooks, and repeatable frameworks for martech project deliverys
- 5+ years in account or project management, consulting, enterprise client services in an agency, enterprise SaaS, or fast-paced product startup.
- Proven experience managing successful digital accounts across web delivery and engineering/marketing solutions.
- Strong business acumen through practical know-how and former experience in delivery (marketing, product management, consulting), being able to translate business obstacles into delivery plans.
- Fluent and captivating communication in both English & Bulgarian.
- ROI-driven mindset – strong focus on high-impact initiatives for retention and expansion, supporting both account goals and company-wide revenue objectives.
- Oversee and own delivery and roadmap development for a portfolio of B2B clients internally (some with us for 8+ years).
- Influence the future of martech solutions, internal products, and GTM initiatives at DevriX.
