Project Management Officer
Job responsibilities:
- Organizes and manages projects portfolio along with all necessary documentation;
- Regular review and optimization of portfolio management processes;
- Regular projects status follow-up (Schedule, Budget, Risks, Issues and alerts) - collection of information and preparation of reporting for Bank and Group management;
- Organization and guarantee for actual information in Jira;
- Organization and facilitation of regular committees related to Projects Portfolio Status and prioritization;
- Manages the process of prioritization of the IT resources for Projects;
- Ad-hoc reports;
- Supports the Project managers with providing a guidance, templates and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency in project management practices in accordance with applied project management methodology.
- Relevant University degree – technical/business/finance or other related field;
- Proven experience in a similar role;
- Profound experience with Excel and Power Point;
- Analytical skills, innovative thinking, project approach;
- Presentation and communication skills;
- Ability to effectively organize the work process and meet deadlines;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bulgarian.
