The Finance & Payroll team of TELUS Digital Bulgaria is a fully-fledged finance division of the leading CX (Customer Experience) provider in Bulgaria for TELUS Digital. The Finance Department is covering all areas of finance, accounting, pricing and procurement. We run ERP System Workday, our financials are audited by a Big 4 auditor, we partner with 2 large international banks and operate in a global company.

Join us in the role of Operational Accountant!
Your responsibilities:
- Diligently record daily bookings for business transactions as per IFRS
- Account for financial transactions, run month-end bank freezes and bank reconciliations
- Prepare payments to suppliers and the state budget
- Apply critical thinking to ensure accurate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
- Payroll bookings and analysis
- Actively participate in monthly closing procedures
- Prepare reports and reconciliations including for management purposes, SOX audits, etc.
- Participate in preparation of VAT declarations, audits and other mandatory monthly and annual reports
- and documents under Bulgarian legislation
- Participate and support the process of preparing the company's budget.
- The role reports directly to the Chief Accountant
Our requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting and/or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Prior experience with ERP System would be an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of the Bulgarian accounting and tax legislation
- Advanced analytical, organizational and communication skills
- English level B2
- Advanced skills in Excel

Оперативен счетоводител
Оперативните счетоводители записват и събират ежедневните финансови транзакции на дадена организация или дружество, които обикновено се състоят от продажби, покупки, плащания и постъпления. Те гарантират, че всички финансови операции са документирани в съответната (дневна) книга и в главната книга, както и че са балансирани. Оперативните счетоводители подготвят отчетните книги и главната книга с финансови транзакции, за да може след това счетоводителят да анализира балансите и отчетите за приходите.
