Technical Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Provide deskside and remote support to customers using parking solutions;
- Responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the software and devices;
- Administer accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment.
- Monitor and report client-level computer system performance.
Requirements:
- Experience in an IT, Technical support role ;
- Experience working with ticketing system;
- Organized with effective time management and prioritization skill;.
- Independent and analytical thinker;
- Ability to work effectively with clients of varying skill levels and proficiencies.
