Role Overview:
We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Marketing Expert to help our new client grow their brand visibility, boost engagement, and build a strong online community across key digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and audience behavior to keep content fresh and relevant
- Produce or oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging visual content—including graphics, reels, and short-form video
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns for performance and ROI
- Support influencer partnerships, community engagement, and brand collaborations
- Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to continuously improve content and campaign outcomes
- Collaborate on larger marketing initiatives, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and cross-channel promotions
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Proven track record of growing and managing brand social accounts
- Strong short-form video creation skills and a talent for visual storytelling
- Solid understanding of core marketing principles and how they translate to digital channels
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills tailored for social audiences
- Experience with social media management and advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
- Proficient with design and editing tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc
